Star Recruitment are currently working with a specialist manufacturer within the construction industry, who is looking to recruit an experienced Compliance & Quality Manager on a permanent basis, based out of their Head Office in the Central Belt. The client is a leader in their field within the construction industry and operate throughout the UK, although Scotland is their primary market. We require candidates with experience of managing the Quality Management System, Health and Safety and Environmental Management System for the entire business. Candidates should have either been participating or leading internal compliance, assurance audits, inspections and providing feedback to senior management. As a business, focus is always on quality no matter what department you work in so candidates need to be able to monitor, review and continually strive to improve all areas within their area of responsibility. You must also have the following experience: * Proven track record within the sector. * Experience within a Senior Quality / Compliance role. * Experienced working with ISO standards, specifically ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001. * Experienced in the use of improvement techniques (5 why, FMEA etc) * A working knowledge of all Microsoft packages * IOSH Certified * NEBOSH * Qualification within an Engineering discipline is preferred.
