DAY WEBSTER are looking for a compliance officer to come and work on their nursing team. The individual ideally needs to have at least 6+ months experience in compliance. The compliance department is an important sector within the candidate journey at Day Webster. The Nursing compliance department is responsible for assisting our candidates through compliance ensuring all candidates are compliant before they can work. Once compliant, the team will keep in contact with candidates ensuring they maintain their compliant status during their career at Day Webster. Duties and Responsibilities * Provide support, guidance and expertise to all candidates to ensure a seamless registration process. * Verify candidate identity. * Obtaining and verifying candidate full work history. * Responsible for caring out background checks including references, qualifications, criminal records, immunisations and right to work to ensure the candidate is fit to practice. * Organising and booking training courses (online and practical). * General administration duties including emailing, filing and scanning. * Ensure compliance with employment law, data protection guidelines and corporate policy. * To provide support away from business as usual for audits.
