My client are an established training business based in Warrington who are looking to grow their compliance team. They are keen to recruit a Compliance Assistant on a permanent basis to carry out the process and management of Quality Assurance and Compliance auditing in line with funding and Ofsted requirements. Key Responsibilities ·To quality check learner and employer data on company systems ·Undertake compliance audits, ensuring learner details are accurate ·Support the monthly reconciling process ·Take the lead on auditing forms, processes, documents and key paperwork, to ensure compliance ·Provide records and feedback to management on results and findings from audit activities. ·Attend and participate in operation meetings ·Support the registration and certification of learners with the appropriate awarding organisation ·Escalate concerns in relation to Safeguarding and the Prevent duty to the Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO) ·(Where necessary) Undertake learner inductions, reviews and invigilating ·Undertake any other reasonable request as delegated by management. Key Experience ·A degree of experience in a similar role ·Familiarity with SFA funding guidelines ·Excellent written and verbal communicator ·FUll UK Driver's License The successful candidate can expect a starting solar up to £24k per annum based on experience.
