Quality HSE Manager: An experienced Manager with experience of both HSE and Quality Control in a manufacturing environment is required to provide leadership and guidance across all areas of quality assurance in this newly created position, ensuring appropriate QA regimes are in place for an industry leading dynamic organisation as it continues to grow. Reporting to Operations Director, the successful Quality HSE Manager will be data driven with a naturally tenacious and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and QA implementation. Previous team management experience, or the ability to step up to a leadership role, is an essential requirement. The ideal candidate will draw upon their experience of continuous improvement to create a safe, productive and efficient working environment for all. Candidates will be judged on their potential in addition to their experience. Therefore, those feeling that they lack experience in some areas should be able to demonstrate their broad potential.
