Approvals Engineer / Compliance Engineer / Certification Engineer required to join a leading manufacturer based in Wellingborough. The successful Approvals Engineer / Certification Engineer will be responsible for the preparation of documentation, testing and project management of all electrical approvals & certification with various international agencies. Package £40K + Bonus 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension Private medical insurance Role Preparation of documentation, testing and project management of all electrical approvals with various international agencies including: Hazardous area approvals e.g. ATEX, IECEx, cFMus and Electrical approvals e.g. LVD Work in cooperation with Electrical Approvals Engineers as required on join development projects Liaise with various engineering departments Effective management of the hazardous area system approvals Wide ranging support to the R&D department in the research, testing and development of instrumentation Office based in Wellingborough Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:15, Friday 08:30 - 13:00 Requirements Experience as an Approvals Engineer, Certification Engineer, Compliance Engineer or similar Experience in the hazardous area approvals process for electrical equipment according to ATEX, FM, CSA, IECEx and NEPSI requirements is desirable - though experience in other areas of electrical standards compliance may be considered Knowledge of EMC approvals process would be advantageous Engineering qualification / Degree qualified Commutable to Wellingborough WR Engineering & Manufacturing are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering sales jobs and manufacturing jobs.
