Compliance Team Leader (FTC - 20/08/2020) Vacancy ID: 402 Location: Hemel Hempstead Salary Details: Band 4 £19,800 - £23,100 Hours: 37.5 per week Vacancy Type: Fixed Term/Secondment About The Role An exciting opportunity has a arisen for a Team Leader to Join the Compliance team at NHS Professionals in Tingley. Key Tasks: * To support the Head of Compliance and Implementation in delivery of an efficient and effective registration and compliance process * To ensure that all implementation registration and compliance processes are carried out in accordance with NHS Professionals guidelines. * Understanding and working to regulatory framework and processes * Support in the management of the coordinators * Improving knowledge and identifying risks to share with others and resolve appropriately * Reporting any potential issues within processes or applications * Working with and supporting a variety of stakeholders throughout NHSP * Ensuring information held is safe, accurate relevant and complete * Coaching team and providing updates * Completing administrative tasks relating to managing the team (holidays, sickness, rotas etc) * Supporting the Team Manager as required * Handling queries via calls or email and resolving escalated issues * Reviewing documentation and countersigning * Supporting multiple ongoing projects and processes * Provide support for other areas including local teams and Meet and Greet sessions About The Candidate - Experience of leading a team - Excellent communication skills - face to face, phone and written - Customer Service experience - Good knowledge of word, spreadsheets and other Office packages - Ability to work to tight framework and deadlines - Confident in escalating issues - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to maintain confidentiality in respect to Data Protection Act - Able to work across multiple sites and engage at all levels - Confident in communication - Ability to multitask and manage a number of projects and processes About The Company NHS Professionals (NHSP) is the market leader in managed flexible worker services.
