Bouygues Energies & Services has an exciting opportunity for a Performance and Technical Compliance Manager (FM Building Services) to join our team providing maintenance on our key hospital contract at Southmead Hospital in Bristol. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, from 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri. The role: * Reporting to the General Manager * Working closely with the Estates Engineering Management Team, the post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing all aspects of performance and statutory and mandatory compliance * Technically qualified with significant knowledge and demonstrable management experience within an Estates function who is able to manage and drive the performance of the business in terms of monitoring planned and reactive maintenance tasks * To manage processes, systems associated with performance and compliance by monitoring, developing and implementing continuous improvement * Chairing daily and weekly performance meetings * Support the Estates Engineering Management Team by undertaking Authorised Person duties, such as High Voltage and Mechanical Pressure Systems * To contribute to the contract by maintaining the standards and documentation to satisfy BYES quality assurance documentation * Prepare monthly contract report for General Manager review The person: * Must possess a Technical Qualification, ideally “time served” Apprenticeship * Minimum HNC or Equivalent Experience in a Building Services Engineering discipline * Member of an Engineering institution – IET, IHEEM or CIBSE * Authorised Person training within the last three years * The role is demanding and we are seeking someone with strong compliance and the drive and persistence to succeed in delivering the target operating model In return, we offer an attractive salary and benefits package, including training opportunities
