Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BCAR/Compliance Engineer with 3+ years' experience to join their Dublin team. As a valued member of the compliance team you will work on a wide selection of projects across the country with the value of up to €100M+. Reporting to the named Assigned Certifier, the role offers exposure to projects such as bespoke residential builds to large city centre commercial ventures. YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL CONSIST OF; The reparation of commencement and completion duties Creating and compiling inspection plans Tracking of compliance issues to ensure satisfactory closure Coordination and liaison with all parties involved in the construction process Use of Building Control Management System (BCMS) for projects Attendance of client, design and site meetings, country wideREQUIREMENTS Educated to degree level Experience in a similar role Qualification in Building Control or Building Regulations is advantageous ON OFFER €35,000 - €45,000 Per Annum + Package Flexible working Diverse projects Regular social events Guaranteed CPD days Pension Health cover Paid professional memberships
