Marc Daniels are currently recruiting for a Compliance Accountant to join a multinational company based in Windsor for a 9-month FTC. Responsibilities: Responsible for the day to day compliance accounting Responsible for VAT compliance, ensuring that all compliance deadlines are met including VAT returns & payments etc. Foster and maintain close working relationships with PWC on both a VAT and Income Tax level Responsible for any Internal tax reporting requirements Preparation and completion of the UK based statutory accounts; ensuring they are filed in a timely manner. Completion of the hedging calculations on a Bi- monthly basis (Multi-currency experience is a must) Complete bank reconciliations on a monthly basis; Responsible for posting of payroll on a monthly basis, liaising with HR to ensure timeliness and any queries; Ensure that control accounts for payroll and payroll taxes are fully reconciled and accurate on a monthly basis; Responsible for reporting to investors details of balance sheetTo be considered: Finance related degree or studying ACA / ACCA / CIMA or QBE 3+ years minimum experience in a related finance position Good working knowledge of VAT and corporation tax Multicurrency experience is necessary U.S company background would be benificialBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
