Your life as a Field Based Compliance Manager You will support the Head of Compliance Operations and our Compliance Committee by being the eye and ears out in the field. You will make regular visits to our appointed representatives within the Stonebridge network, and ensuring that each representative is up to date and compliant within the FCA regulatory requirements, operating procedures and the Stonebridge Management system. You will build and maintain great relationships and be the go to for all compliance needs. What you'll do Visit our appointed representatives and conduct face to face compliance meetings. Ensure that the appointed representatives compliance training is up to date and deliver when necessary. Plan and prepare your next face to face meetings by reviewing actions from previous meetings. Measure the appointed representative’s competency based on your observations of their completed cases. Review previous complaints, breaches, lender quality logs & fee logs. Ensure that marketing, advertising & stationary follows the appropriate guidelines. Maintain an up to date log of continuous professional development for each appointed representative. Collate and produce monthly reports from our unique in house system. Who we're looking for A background in a compliance based role. An in depth knowledge of financial services. A natural capacity to use their initiative, solve problems and fix things. Customer focussed with excellent communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft office packages. A real eye for detail and dedication to accuracy and record keeping. The ability to manage their own workload, prioritising tasks and using time productively. A willingness to learn and develop their skills and knowledge. A full clean driving uk licence. Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre-employment screening. Please note this role will cover Central England to Scotland so will require weekly travel and potentially overnight stays.
