About job area Being part of the UK Support functions, they are at the backbone of our UK operations. We may not deal directly with our customers, but we play an absolutely vital role in making sure that our customer-facing teams get all the support they need to deliver the very best service. What you'll be doing This is a great opportunity to work in our friendly and supportive People Services helpdesk team. You will be providing support to our internal stakeholders and customers across Bupa Global and UK. You will be managing your own compliance and onboarding caseloads where you will collect and process documents such as; eligibility to work, sponsorship, student migrant workers, professional registration, DBS/PVG and "approved persons" background checks. What's a typical day? Each day you will have ownership of your own cases. You will collect, check and monitor new and existing Bupa employee's compliance documents such as; Visas, Tier 4 Students and Certificate of Sponsorship processes, right to work, DBS, PVG, NMC and professional certificates. Maintain an appropriate level of expertise in relation to immigration rules and have an accurate awareness of Home Office practices, Senior Managers Certificate Regime, Central Office Information and Bupa policies. You will be working to SLA's to complete and sign off our new employees' compliance, so they are ready to work. You will build sold relationships with our internal stakeholders where you will be providing accurate updates on their new employee's compliance cases. You will be responsible for tour own case load and regularly report on compliance status of employee and highlight any breaches and update information. Who we're looking for? Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills Ideally someone who has experience in compliance, onboarding or who comes from a regulated industry. Proactive, attention to detail, highly organised, excellent time management skills and able to manage various jobs Good level of administration experience and MS Office and IT skills What's it like to work here?
