Job Title: Quality & Compliance Officer Hours: Mon - Friday 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (DOE) Contract: Permanent Location: Skelmersdale We are currently recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Officer for a well-established Manufacturing Client based in Skelmersdale. As the Quality & Compliance Officer your duties & responsibilities will be Responsible for ensuring compliance to BRC Level 5/6 to include data collection, procedure development and record keeping. Deal with regulatory and company personnel ensuring ongoing compliance. Collate quality related information from production and warehouse operators ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and BRC standard operating procedures. Develop and implement new quality programmes (BRC audit gap analysis etc.) as required. Participate in quality/BRC audits. The successful Quality & Compliance Officer will have the following skills/experience required; Have previous experience working in a Quality/H&S role. Must have knowledge of BRC standards/audits. Excellent PC skills, including Excel, Word & Powerpoint. Must be self-motivated and the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Must hold a full UK driving licence as some UK travel is required.
