As the appointed Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for: * Supporting experienced Recruitment Consultants in all aspects of compliance, security vetting and candidate management throughout registration process * Management of online registration portals and supporting jobseekers with general queries * Verifying eligibility documentation during registrations to ensure they meet safeguarding and compliance requirements * Obtaining employment references to support jobseekers employment search To be considered for this post, you will be required to possess the following: * A positive, self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work * A desire to succeed and achieve outstanding outcomes * Excellent communication and written skills Smile Education offers all staff incredible beneficiaries alongside an impressive salary.
