Job title: Compliance Manager Salary: £22,000 Are you an experienced Compliance Manager looking for a new challenge? Are you looking to work within a well-established, friendly company who really look after their employees? You will be working alongside a talented and professional team undertaking a diverse role in order to maintain customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing a customer orientated approach to all tasks and dealing with all customer queries and complaints to the highest standard. Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 35 hours What are the benefits for you as a Compliance Manager? * 23 days holiday, increasing with long term service * Pension Scheme * Competitive salary * Flexi time offered after probation * Voucher reward scheme * Career progression Key Responsibilities; * Manage multiple tasks and be flexible with every day duties * Handle complaints/ disciplinary matters * Liaise with necessary departments * Provide guidance and advice on how to avoid the complaints or queries in future * Administer disciplinary cases * Assist with any ongoing improvements or developments within the company and the processes * Feedback results and conduct member satisfaction research * Produce reports and record and monitor progress * Take ownership and responsibility for own projects * Ensuring a customer orientated approach to the administration * Responsible for responding to all enquiries from customers * Carry out ad hoc duties when necessary The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience; * MS Office literate * Experience with report writing or data analysis * Strong administrative experience * Ability to manage, prioritise and work to deadlines * Excellent standards of verbal and written communication * Good attention to detail * Effective organisational and time management skills * Excellent planning and coordinating skills * Willingness to travel * Experience dealing with compliance, complaints or disciplinary process *Closing date for this application is Friday 10th January 2020* If this is the perfect role for you and you would like to know more information, please call Danielle Rowe at Pier Recruitment on (phone number removed) or apply today!
