Compliance & Audit Manager - Property Management - Hertfordshire £45000 to £50000 plus car/allowance. (Home Based Role) Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Compliance & Audit Manager for a national property management business based in Hertfordshire. You will work alongside the senior property management team with the main objective of the role making sure the business is compliant with all legislation, H&S requirements and providing the highest possible management standards. You will contribute towards strategy, design and implementation of all future ways of working and promoting and utilising technology will also be key elements of the role. This is a home based role but there will be travel requirements throughout the UK with flexibility required to accommodate this. The ideal candidate must have a t least 2 years in a managerial position with experience of working within the property management sector and contract management. In return you will be given a salary of up to £50,000 plus car and allowance for this unique opportunity
