Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Job Description: Please note that this is a general description and the duties may vary depending on experience and the support required: * Training all new starters, existing team and offshore on compliance. * Monitoring and ensuring all KPI and target expectations of the division are met. * Able to use learn and use existing database infrastructure, to make changes, and most importantly able to implement change throughout the business. * Able to track, manage and monitor entire team’s workload. * Able to review and action daily reports with actions and follow up + update and report back to company directorship. * Preparing audit files when requested, ensuring all documents in the file are correct and relevant. * Running continuous daily internal audit. * Reviewing candidate placement forms, checking and approving them. * Ensuring up to date with all compliance information and updates, passing that information on to the team. * Keeping up to date with all policies and procedures and updating accordingly in line with legislation. * Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously. * ISO9001 and CQC experience is desirable but not essential. * Able to make changes in the personnel of the current team and able to build a larger team. * Creating a compliance training manual and ensuring the team understands it. * Day to day management of the team. * Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control. * Ensuring all candidate placement forms are reviewed and only approved once compliant. * Maintaining a 100% compliant candidate database. * Ensuring no uncompliant candidates are placed. * Ensuring no candidates falls into lapsed (uncompliant) * Audit preparation and audit leadership skills under immense pressure. * Able to lead audit and liaise with auditors effectively. Person specification: * Proven experience at any of the following levels - 2nd in line Compliance / Compliance Manager / Compliance Director (minimum of 2-3 years in Healthcare Recruitment). * In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations. * An analytical mind able to "see" the complexities of procedures and regulations. * A strong eye to detail, nothing can be missed and nothing must go un-checked. * Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities. * Strong communication, leadership and team energy and moral skills. * Career Progression available on the basis of being able to prove and grow with the company to move into a vacant and future Compliance Director position. * Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
