Health & Safety, Quality and Environment Manager If you are an experienced Health & Safety, Environment & Quality Manager, with a strong background within manufacturing or production, then we have an exciting Devon based opportunity for you. You will deliver HSEQ reviews and develop and implement systems accordingly. You will provide advice and guidance to the company and their employees across all levels of the business. Job Responsibilities: Develop a strong working relationship with all levels of employees and promote a culture of engagement across the company and the wider group in order to deliver all HSEQ requirements. Raising the operational standards via your HSEQ recommendations in order to contribute to the development and effective improvement of operations. Carry out management system audits and inspections and manage a programme of corrective/preventative actions. To support with coordination and completion of ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO45001 audits and support operational teams with any external audits. Development and completion of HS&E Statutory Health, Safety and Environment Compliance audits. Support the delivery of manager and supervisor level company health and safety inductions. Providing internal training and coaching to operational teams in specific subject matters, such as – Contractor Management, Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment and COSHH. Identify any operational and regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate and provide competent advice and recommendations. Preferred Skills: CQI, NEBOSH, IOSH 5 years minimum experience in a similar role You must also possess honed analytical skills, essential for quality control dutiesPersonal Attributes: You must be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative; Able to demonstrate good time management skills with the ability to prioritise; Be able to identify emerging problems and proactively develop solutions with an awareness of business needs; Have an investigative mind with attention to detail; Possess a high level of numeracy and literacy with strong verbal and written communication skills
